Heidi Aghanmi is a change consultant who has a flair for technology. She has over twenty years experience of working both as a manger
and as a consultant for a number of high-tech firms. Her core skills are in business analysis and change management. Heidi has particular knowledge of the utilities and telecommunications sectors. Formerly, in her role as a business consultant with LogicaCMG, Heidi consulted to the majority of the European telecommunications operators and vendors on business case, product & channel development. As a business analysis IT Director for a major Global IP Communications provider Heidi had accountability for the delivery of business and IT requirements against a new business delivery model across Europe.

Heidi has varied interests including sailing, tennis, theatre, gardening and design.
