Bridget Garnish – Senior Business Change Consultant
Bridget Garnish is an experienced business change consultant and IT Director who has worked in business analysis, change and programme management for organisations ranging from the largest UK charity to a global oil company. Bridget has a proven track record in the delivery of successful change programmes and projects on a global scale in a wide range of industries. For example, whilst in pharmaceuticals, Bridget operated at the most senior levels for IT in finance, manufacturing, logistics, and customer services. In addition she has worked in electronic component distribution, chemical manufacture and international freight forwarding. Bridget’s personal strengths include strategic planning and the ability to translate business vision into pragmatic delivery. Bridget is a NLP Practitioner. She graduated with combined honours in Economics and Economic History and she has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Cranfield School of Management.
Heidi Aghnami – Business Change Consultant
Heidi Aghanmi is a change consultant who has a flair for technology. She has over twenty years experience of working both as a manger and as a consultant for a number of high-tech firms. Her core skills are in business analysis and change management. Heidi has particular knowledge of the utilities and telecommunications sectors. Formerly, in her role as a business consultant with LogicaCMG, Heidi consulted to the majority of the European telecommunications operators and vendors on business case, product & channel development. As a business analysis IT Director for a major Global IP Communications provider Heidi had accountability for the delivery of business and IT requirements against a new business delivery model across Europe.Heidi has varied interests including sailing, tennis, theatre, gardening and design.		  heidi_200
